Careers at PPO Negotiation Solutions

Do work that actually matters for dental practices nationwide.

We’re a remote team of specialists who help dental practices level the playing field with insurance companies — and we’re growing.

What We Look For

We hire individuals who take pride in doing things well. While each position requires different technical skills and experience, successful members of our team share several core qualities: exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, organization, follow-through, accountability, critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

We look for people who are comfortable taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, solving problems, learning new skills, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

We Invest in Your Success

Every new team member participates in a structured onboarding and training program covering our technology, systems, workflows, processes, and position-specific responsibilities.

We also believe strongly in cross-training. While every team member has clearly defined primary responsibilities, our employees learn how other areas of the organization work and how each role contributes to the complete client journey.
